Primary Business


The Primary Business of Inspremac Engineers Pvt Limited is Engineering Design, Preparation of 3D Modeling, Main Assembly Drawings, Sub Assembly Drawings and Field Erection Assembly Drawings and Detailed Fabrication Drawings as per project requirement and Highest Quality. In near future, We planned to do production, Quality Control and Erection Engineering Projects for Cement Plant, Mineral Plant, Sugar PLant, Petro Chemical, Chemical Plant and Pulp and Paper Plant.

Inspremac Engineers Pvt Ltd., Chennai office have total nine numbers of experienced Detailer/Modeler/ Checker engineers. The company currently uses the Tekla, Solid works, Unigraphics and AutoCAD software. Over the years company has developed an Intense comprehensive training program, which ensures total quality in our projects. We have advanced Printing and Scanning facilities. Our office provided with High speed internet facility.

  • 5.5 years worked in Fives Cail-KCP Ltd as senior Engineer design in Boiler department and Centrifugal department.
  • Around 3 years worked in Team company Ltd as pressure vessels, Heat exchangers equipment design.
  • Worked in Airtech Denmark head office for plant layout design project executions, global vendor handling and working with Denmark colleagues.
  • Visited international cement plant sites for Client meetings and Layout Measurements.

  • Worked in Mould designer in Classic Moulds and Dies.
  • Managing a S.G.Dhanlex Plastics Combination.
  • Executed Design and manufacturing of Plastic moulds for Automobile, Medical, Tele communication and Consumer products.
  • Around 3 years worked in Team company Ltd as pressure vessels, Heat exchangers equipment design.
  • Excellent experience in Modeling of Plastic Mould Design Using CAM software.
  • More than Decades Expert in CNC Machining operation.

  • Total 28 years of Production and Erection Execution Experience.
  • Started Own business J.Velmurugan Fabrication and Erection contractor company in year 1995.
  • Executed many Larsen & Toubro sub contracting projects. Some of projects have been mentioned below
